These vegetable sandwiches with meat will be a great dish on a festive table.

For them you need the following products:
for the base – 750g. eggplant;
550 gr. chicken breast;
80 gr. mozzarella cheese;
200 gr. onions (2 medium onions);
Italian herbs (spices);
Eggplant cut into slices of medium thickness, as for sandwiches, then sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with Italian herbs and bake in the oven at 180°. Meanwhile you fry the pre-sliced onions in sunflower oil in one frying pan, and on the other breast, cut into cubes 1.5 cm until tender. Then take out the baking tray with the aubergines, put on them chicken, then onions, sprinkle grated cheese, put in oven, bake another 15 min.
