Pumpkin-lentil soup

For this easy vegetarian dish we will need the following products:

100 grams lentils (red);
1 kg pumpkin flesh;
200 grams carrots (finely chop or grate on a grater);
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
200 ml of milk;
700 ml vegetable broth;
1 teaspoon curry masala;
turmeric, asafoetida, salt;
the coriander;
In a large saucepan heat the oil, then add the pumpkin and carrot, fry for a minute, after you sprinkle the spices and continue to fry for another minute, stirring constantly. Then to the vegetables pour in the milk and broth, add the lentils and cook the soup for 20-30 minutes on low heat. Then using a blender razmerchik the soup to puree shaped consistency, bring to a boil and your soup is ready! Well sprinkle with herbs when served.
