- Butter – 200 g
- Sour cream – 200 ml
- Sugar – 225 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Flour – 500 g
- Soda – 1 tsp
- Salt – 2 g
- Mac – 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Powdered cinnamon – 1 tsp
Soft butter whisk sugar with an electric mixer. Add the eggs and the sour cream, beat until smooth.
Tip: take a small sugar to dissolve better in oil. Use sour cream 20% fat – the dough will be too runny.
Next, connect the flour with salt and baking soda, stir in parts of the liquid components. Knead the dough by hand, wrap in foil and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer of 5 mm thick, cut into diamonds, put on a baking sheet, the laid parchment, at a distance of 1 cm from each other.
The surface of the biscuits with egg white grease. Half biscuits sprinkle with poppy seeds and sugar, the second half – sesame and cinnamon.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
