Cake with quince

Quince – a very useful fruit, but the fruit it are a bit tart. Perhaps that is why you rarely anything from her cooking.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • Butter – 120 g
  • Egg yolks – 2 pcs
  • Sugar – Article 0.5.
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – Article 1.5.

For filling:

  • Quince – 2 pcs
  • Nuts – 180g
  • Sugar – 220 g
  • Cream – 220 ml
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Water – 2 tbsp

Preparation:

Shortbread dough. Using a mixer, beat the egg yolks, sugar and chilled butter. Next, add the vanilla sugar and cream. At the end, add all the flour and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in the finished film and place in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
