Chicken this recipe comes out incredibly tender and flavorful, very well suited to many side dishes. Recipe – Italian, try.
chicken legs – 1 kg;
onions – 1 PC.;
carrots – 2 PCs. (cut into cubes);
garlic – 2 cloves;
green olives – 200 g;
green beans – 100 grams;
canned red beans – 2 cans (need to pre-wash and dry);
tomato paste – 700 g;
chicken broth – 500 ml;
olive oil – 2 table. spoons;
brown sugar – 1 table. spoon;
oregano (dried) – 1 table. spoon;
salt and pepper.
Onion cut into half rings and fry in a large frying pan with the carrots in olive oil, the carrots became soft. To the vegetables add the finely chopped garlic, fry another 1 min. Then sprinkle in the dried oregano, put the chicken, fry for 10 minutes until Golden brown. After add the olives, broth and tomato paste. Mix the pasta, let the liquid boils, then take the quieter fire and simmer for 1-2 hours so the meat was left behind from the bones. Next into the pan add the green beans and the red, simmer for another 10 minutes, until the beans are soft. Will pasarica, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
