Today let’s prepare a wonderful dish from the Arsenal of Chinese dishes. Products from the list will be enough for 4 servings.
fish fillet – 600 g;
rice noodles – 150 grams;
fish broth – 0.5 liters;
soy sauce – 3 table. spoons;
green onions – 3 PCs.;
garlic – 1 clove;
olive oil – 2 table. spoons;
curry (red paste) – 2 tsp. spoons;
herbs to taste;
Usually for cooking rice noodles use a wok, but if you don’t have a wok, that is fine, the usual deep frying pan or cast iron pan. Prepare the rice noodles, follow the instructions on the packaging. Fillet of red fish cut into small pieces, sprinkle them with salt. Onions should be cut into pieces by 3 cm, and the garlic – finely chop. Heat the olive oil in a wok (skillet), add the fish and garlic.
Cook a minute, stirring. Then add the fish curry paste. Red curry paste, the hottest, so use it carefully. But it gives the dish a very pleasant aftertaste. After the curry paste pour in the soy sauce and fish broth. Season with salt to your taste. When the mixture boils, put the noodles and chopped green onions, and simmer for a few minutes. Feeding dish, sprinkle it with greens to your taste.
