fresh cucumbers – 5 PCs.;
green onions – half beam;
dill – half a bunch;
Adyghe cheese – 100 grams;
vegetable oil – 2 table. spoons;
black pepper and salt to taste.
Green onions, dill finely chop, and chop cucumber slices. Adyghe cheese cut into small pieces, mix it with greens and cucumbers. Now season the salad with sunflower oil, salt and pepper to your liking.
