Cucumber salad with Adyghe cheese

Wonderful, very quick recipe for summer salad, rich in vitamins and amino acids. If you prefer healthy food, this salad definitely should please you.

Ingredients:
fresh cucumbers – 5 PCs.;
green onionshalf beam;
dill – half a bunch;
Adyghe cheese100 grams;
vegetable oil2 table. spoons;
black pepper and salt to taste.
Green onions, dill finely chop, and chop cucumber slices. Adyghe cheese cut into small pieces, mix it with greens and cucumbers. Now season the salad with sunflower oil, salt and pepper to your liking.
