Delicious warm salad with chicken, vegetables and mushrooms

Bright and colorful salad, it looks very tempting and appetizing. It successfully connected all the components that it is simply impossible to resist this dish.

Ingredients for 3 servings:
chicken thighs – 3-4 pieces.;
mushrooms – 700 grams;
olive oil – 70 ml;
garlic – 5 Zubkov;
fish sauce or Worcestershire sauce – 3 table. spoons;
lime juice (lemon juice) – 40 ml;
Apple cider vinegar – 12 table. spoons;
the coriander – 5 table. spoons (chopped);
green onions – 4-5 PCs.;
head broccoli – 1 PC. (average);
carrots – 2 PCs. (medium).
Mushrooms cut in half, garlic and green onions finely chop, broccoli divided into florets and cut into sticks, carrots are also sticks. For cooking, take a wok, heat it, fry the mushrooms on medium heat so that the liquid has evaporated, then add 1 clove of garlic. Set aside on a plate.
Now pour oil in a wok, place the rest of the garlic, fry for a minute. To garlic put the shot with the thigh meat and cut into small pieces, fry for 3 minutes until it will turn brown. Then add lemon juice (lime juice), fish sauce and vinegar. Cook the chicken for another 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After the chicken put broccoli, carrots, mushrooms. Stir again, cook until soft 4 minutes, not lost the form of vegetables. Then put the salad on a plate, sprinkle it with coriander and green onions, pour remaining sauce.
