Fragrant pumpkin pie

Beautiful and nutritious home-made cake will be a wonderful dessert treat for you. He keeps excellent shape, serve chilled.

Ingredients for the dough:
wheat flour – 250 grams;
butter – 125 grams;
sugar – 40 grams;
egg – 1 PC.;
salt– a pinch.
Ingredients for the filling:
pumpkin puree – 600 grams;
sugar – 80 grams;
cream – 250 ml;
egg – 2 PCs.;
honey – 2 table. spoons;
ground cinnamon – a pinch;
ground ginger – a pinch;
ground nutmeg – a pinch;
Bourbon vanilla – pinch.
All the ingredients for the dough put in a regular blender (food processor), whisk the batter properly, then some hybrids hands. It is important that all the products for the pastry and the container in which the dough is cooked, were cold. Put the dough between sheets of baking paper, roll it thinly between sheets. Then transfer to a baking pan, spread the dough over the entire surface and forming the sides. Prick the bottom with a fork, top vystelit baking paper and press load. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.
After one hour take dough out of the freezer and send together with the goods to be baked in the oven at 170°. When the dough is Golden brown, remove it from the oven, remove the paper and load, cool. To prepare the stuffing you will need to bake the pumpkin and then grind it in a blender to puree, grind through a sieve. Then to the pumpkin puree add the remaining ingredients from the list, again whisk blender. Pour the filling into the prepared base and bake at 160°C in the oven for around half an hour.
