Fresh juices for weight loss

Stay in a flawless form without the extra kilos. Juices fresh – it is the elixir of youth, good mood and well-being.

Ingredients:

For cucumber and lemon:

  • Cucumber – 1 pc
  • Lemon – 1.5 pc

For ginger vigor:

  • Apple – 2 pcs
  • Orange – 2 pcs
  • Ginger – 1 cube

For the vegetables:

  • Cucumber – 2 pcs
  • Carrots – 1 pc
  • Beetroot – 1 piece

For fruit and vegetables:

  • Apple – 1 pc
  • Beets – 1.5 pc
  • Celery – 3 pieces

For the pumpkin:

  • Pumpkin – 1 pc
  • Carrots – 1 pc
  • Apple – 1 pc

Preparation:

Cucumber fresh. Cucumber clean and kill the immersion blender. Mix with lemon juice. Serve portions in cups.

Tip: The cucumber is a fount of fiber. Cucumber juice improves memory, nail and hair structure. It acts as a sedative.

Ginger vigor. Ginger and I blocks peel. Pass all the ingredients through the juicer. Mix with orange juice. Drink the within 5 minutes after cooking fresh.

Tip: Ginger stimulates the immune and nervous system, protects against colds, improves metabolism. Apple performs an invaluable source of iron. Orange – the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Vegetable fresh. Cucumber clean, kill the blender. Carrots and beets miss through the juicer. Mix all ingredients, add a few drops of vegetable oil.
