To strengthen your immune system, and also to prevent colds, you need to make tea for this recipe.
Ingredients:
black tea – 1 tsp. spoon;
green tea – 1 tsp. spoon;
black pepper;
honey – 2 tsp. spoons;
water – 1 Cup.
Fill the kettle black, green tea, and add 2 or 3 black peppercorns. Then pour tea Cup boiling water. Let the tea is brewed. You can also add a couple tablespoons of honey.
