Mushroom soup with beans and croutons

This soup is especially rich and nourishing. Mushrooms and beans saturate your body with plant amino acids that are necessary for good health and well-being.

Ingredients:
beans (peas) – 150 grams;
dried mushrooms – 15 grams;
tomato paste – 10 grams;
onions – 1 PC.;
margarine – 20 g;
water – 1.5-2 liters;
croutons from wheat bread.
Pre-boil dried mushrooms in 1.5 – 2 liters of water. Then add in the mushroom broth cooked beans (peas). Chop the onion finely and fry in margarine size until the brown color, then add it to the soup. Then put chopped mushrooms, season with salt, add the tomato paste. Cook further on low heat for 15 minutes. Serve soup hot with chopped croutons separately.
