Unmatched, fragrant and rosy pork ribs.
- Pork ribs – 1 kg
For the marinade:
- fresh orange juice – 1.5 cups
- tomatoes – 4 pcs
- soy sauce – 4 tablespoons
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- dry red wine – ½ cup
- onion – 1 pc
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- ground black pepper
“BBQ” Marinade. Tomatoes cut into 4 pieces, cut corn, fry for 2 minutes in a pan. Roasted tomato rub through a sieve. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, add the soy sauce, sugar, frayed tomatoes, red wine, salt, vegetable oil, chili. Whisk whisk to brownish-yellow emulsion. Then add the sliced onions.
Ribs cut into pieces, rinse and pat dry. Before baking, dip each piece in the marinade and rub the spices for about 5 minutes. Then place the ribs in a press and marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Tip: choose pork ribs, bone in which 1 cm thick so the dish will turn out juicy, but lean.. Prepare rib pieces 3-4 ribs so that they are not dry. Marinate the meat is stored in the refrigerator 2 hours.
