Fragrant, crunchy and crisp ring with peanut pieces.
- Flour – 400 g
- Sugar – 200 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Milk – 75 ml
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- Soda – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1/3 tsp
- Salt – 2 g
- Eggs – 1 pc
- Peanuts – 50 g
Oil grind with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add half of the egg and milk.
Tip: To obtain a homogeneous dough is elastic and, using all the ingredients at room temperature.
Mix the flour with the salt, is often added to liquid ingredients. Add baking soda, slaked with lemon juice. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and send it in the fridge for half an hour.
Roll out the dough into a layer 1 cm thick. Cut out circles with a diameter of 12 cm and a glass cut the middle, to make a toothpick circled notches.
Tip: To cut circles, use a bowl, saucepan or deep bowl of suitable diameter.
Cover the baking parchment, put the blank, brush with egg yolk. Peanut chop with a knife and sprinkle generously ring.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Rings with nuts lay overlapping each other on a large platter.
