Ruddy pie from a salmon with greens

Delicious dish with a very delicate creamy taste, it set off the flavor of herbs and lemon zest, and the mustard adds some spice. In addition, this cake is very rich, he definitely will like your whole family.

Ingredients for the filling:
salmon fillet – 900 g.
dill and Basil – 1 handful;
butter – 60 grams (softened at room temperature);
grain mustard – 1 table. spoon;
lemon zest – 1 tsp. spoon;
salt and pepper, to taste.
Ingredients for the dough:
wheat flour – 240 grams;
butter (cold) – 150 grams;
cold water – 5 table. spoons;
egg yolk – 1 PC.;
salt – 1 tsp. spoon.
Start with the dough. Mix the sifted flour, grated cold butter and salt to form a crumb. Then in a separate bowl for the crumb, add cold water and stir with a fork to obtain a homogeneous dough. Then wrap the dough in food wrap, refrigerate for half an hour.
Now for the fish. Cut the fish fillets into 2 equal parts, pepper and salt fillets. Soft butter, mix with finely chopped dill and Basil, and grated zest. Smear the butter mixture all over one side of fillets (from the ridge), on the other side apply mustard. Then fold 2 pieces fillet sandwich.
Then remove the dough from the refrigerator. Gently roll it on the surface, sprinkled with flour. In the center of the dough place salmon fillet. Roll the fillets in the batter, grease top with beaten egg yolk. Cover the pan with foil, grease it with oil and put on a roll. Bake loaf in preheated 190° oven for around 20 minutes until a rich Golden crust.
