Spaghetti with mushrooms in soy sauce

This recipe will come to your rescue when you need to cook a delicious dinner for guests who came unexpectedly.

To prepare you need:
spaghetti – 300 grams;
mushrooms – 6 PCs.;
Bulgarian pepper – 1 PC.;
onions – 1 PC.;
garlic – 2 cloves;
soy sauce – 50 ml;
greens – to taste.
Boil spaghetti until fully cooked. Slice bell pepper and mushrooms. Onions and garlic are finely chop and fry in vegetable oil size until the brown color, then add the mushrooms and pepper and continue to cook another 4 minutes. After, when peppers and mushrooms are soft, pour in the soy sauce. Another minute in the pan. Then put spaghetti on plates, add vegetables and sprinkle finely chopped greens.
