The dough comes out tender, crumbly, and the filling is soft and sweet.
Eggs – 3 PCs.;
Sugar – 2 cups;
Cottage cheese – 400-500 grams;
Flour – 3-4 cups;
Margarine – 1 packet;
Soda – 1 tsp. spoon.
In one bowl mix eggs, cottage cheese and 1 Cup sugar. The second flour, a pack of grated margarine, Cup sugar, well kneaded with the hands. You’ll have a baby. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. The dough-crumb divide into two equal parts. The first half of the pour evenly on a baking sheet, then pour the curd, and the third layer is again crumb, equally distributing over the entire surface. Bake pie in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
