The lamb kabob with ham tartare

Tatar cuisine is replete with an abundance of meat dishes, so we decided to please you with interesting kebab recipe.

mutton – 500 grams;
ham – 150 grams;
onions – 1-2 PCs.;
olive oil – 20 grams;
nutmeg, Bay leaves – to taste;
pepper, salt.
Cut the lamb into chunks of 30 to 40 grams of weight. Prepare the marinade, mix the olive oil with spices, salt, add chopped onion. Soak meat in marinade for 1 hour. Ham and bacon cut into pieces. After string the meat on skewers, alternating with bacon and ham. Cook the skewers over the coals until done.
