Vegetable pea soup

This soup will serve as an excellent source of vegetable protein, to fill you, but without creating a feeling of heaviness in the stomach.

Ingredients:
water – 2 liters;
peas – 1 Cup;
potatoes – 4 PCs.;
carrot – 1 PC.;
1 medium onion;
Bulgarian pepper – 1 PC.;
dill – 1 bunch;
salt, ground black pepper, Bay leaf, fragrant pepper.
Rinse the peas, boil in salted water for 30 minutes Meanwhile, cut into small cubes potatoes, carrots need to grate on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, sweet pepper – thin strips. After half an hour in boiling the peas, add the potatoes and continue to cook another 15-20 minutes until done. Onions and carrots make a Golden sauté, add to soup, then put Bulgarian pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. After put spices, Bay leaves, toss the finely chopped dill, cook for another 2 minutes. And now a light vegetable soup is ready!
