The combination of mushrooms, corn and cheese is perfectly suitable as a snack for meat and potatoes. This recipe will help out when you need a fast to cook dish.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
mushrooms – 400 grams;
canned corn – 200 g;
hard cheese – 100 grams;
onion – 1 (small);
garlic – 1 clove;
dill – to taste;
sunflower oil (refined) – 2 table. spoons;
mayonnaise (low-fat) – 2 table. spoons;
ground black pepper, salt.
Clean and dry mushrooms should be cut into plates, onion – semirings. In vegetable oil fry the onion for a few minutes, then put the mushrooms, salt and continue to fry for another 5 minutes. RUB cheese on a coarse grater (fine), sprinkle them with the mushrooms, turn off the heat and stir.
Drain water from cans of corn, let the corn completely dries. Garlic and dill finely chop. After mix the garlic, mayonnaise and black pepper, and sauce dressing. In the end mix the mushrooms with the corn and season with sauce. Feeding the salad, sprinkle the top with dill, serve immediately while the salad is warm.
