Preparation. Cinnabon

Overseas buns with cinnamon and vanilla cream frosting with a rich spicy flavor.


  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Dry yeast – 20 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Butter – 180 g
  • Flour – 4 tbsp.
  • Vanilla – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/3 Art.
  • Cinnamon – 4 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Cottage cheese – 200 g


Sift the flour, mix with the active dry yeast and vanilla. Eggs combine with warm milk. In a bowl combine all the place prepared foods, and knead the dough at the minimum speed. Add the butter to room temperature. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. It should be soft and elastic. Tip: instead of the usual cottage cheese Philadelphia can be used as in the original recipe.
