Preparation. Banana cheesecake
Another version of the popular cake based on cottage cheese with the addition of banana, its soft structure makes this cakes is just magical. This homemade pie is enough for 4-6 servings.
Low fat cottage cheese – 2 packs of 250 grams;
Eggs – 1 PC.;
Flour – 2 table. spoons;
Bananas – 6 pieces (over-ripe).
Mash the cottage cheese through a strainer, add to the cream cheese eggs and flour, stir thoroughly. Bananas need to crush into puree, then mix with curd mass. Cook the cheesecake in a round baking pan in the oven at 180º until Golden brown.
