Ingredients:
mutton – 1 kg;
onions – 200 grams;
vegetable oil – 200 ml;
garlic – 10 cloves;
almonds – 20 nuts;
egg yolk – 2 pieces;
lemon – 1 PC.;
bread crumbs – 4 table. spoons;
pepper, salt.
Preparation:
First, make the sauce. For this purpose, almonds, garlic and bread crumbs will rastolchem, add some egg yolks, then stirring constantly, pour in the vegetable oil, season with salt and add lemon juice. Cover sauce with a lid and store in a cool place for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Mutton cut into pieces weighing 20-25 grams, onion – rings. The meat is well season with salt and pepper, after strung on a skewer alternately with onion rings. Fry as usual over the coals until done, serve with prepared sauce.
