chicken fillet – 800 grams;
onions – 1 PC.;
eggs – 3 PCs.;
dill, parsley;
pepper, garlic;
Cut into medium size chunks of chicken and onion, then permalite them in a meat grinder. In minced meat stir in two eggs, put pre-sliced little dill and parsley. Salt and pepper to your liking. You can add in the minced meat even dried fennel seeds. They give a special nice spice to the meatballs. Fry the patties in a skillet until tender. In the photo chops grilled at maximum power, about 3 minutes.
