Wonderful Breakfast-dessert for lovers of cheese delicacies, sweet and gentle, easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 1 serving:
cottage cheese – 100 grams;
egg – 1 PC.;
sugar – 1 table. spoon;
semolina – 1 table. spoon;
Mac – 1 tsp. spoon;
baking powder – a pinch;
vanilla sugar – a pinch;
lemon juice – a few drops;
salt – a pinch.
Mash the egg with sugar, then add salt and add the vanilla sugar and baking powder. Then squeeze a few drops of lemon juice and mix well. Then to the mixture add curd, stir until smooth. Now put the semolina and poppy seeds, mix again. Put the pudding into silicone molds and bake in the microwave on full power for 3 minutes, then leave for a few minutes in the microwave with a closed dirceu. Then another 1.5 minutes bake. Now the pudding is ready, serve it warm, garnished with jam (sour cream or yogurt).
