Cottage cheese casserole “sharp little pub”
At the same time tasty and healthy dish that will not add extra kilos. Prepare a wonderful low-calorie dish of zucchini.
- Squash – 5-6 pc
- low-fat cottage cheese – 500 g
- Cheese – 150 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Cream 15% – 100 g
- Balsamic vinegar – 3 tbsp
- Rosemary – 1 pinch
- Parsley, dill, basil – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Olive Oil – 100 ml
Wash and dry the courgettes. Cut wide slices, marinate in red pepper, balsamic vinegar, chopped herbs, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and sugar, leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the cream in a saucepan, whisk the eggs with a mixer, cheese rub on a small grater. Connect the hot cream with cottage cheese, eggs and cheese.
Cover the baking dish with parchment, put slices of zucchini on the bottom and on the sides. Then lay out the filling tightly and zucchini ribbons decorate the top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
