Red fruit cheesecake in a glass

- Wafers - 300 g
- Margarine - 185 g
- Condensed milk - 1 can
- Cream Cheese - 1 Pack
- Cream - 400 ml
- Colorless gelatin - 5 sheets

- Sugar - 350 g
Preparation. Red fruit cheesecake in a glass
Put red fruit and sugar in a frying pan. Bring to a boil, stirring carefully. Boil until thick, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Crush the waffles, mix with softened margarine and place on the bottom of a large glass bowl (or individual bowls), pressing well. Put in the fridge to set.
Gelatin sheets pour cold water, then melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven, not bringing to a boil.
Whip the cream with condensed milk and cheese to obtain a cream, and then add the melted gelatin, without stopping to beat. Pour the filling into the bowl on the wafer base and refrigerate. When the cream is firm, put the fruit on it and put it in the cold before serving.
