- Apples – 3 pieces
- Sugar – 300 g
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Almond flakes
- chips of coconut
- Grated chocolate
- Crushed cookies
Caramel. In a saucepan pour the sugar, add water, mix. Cook the caramel over medium heat, as soon as it starts to darken, add the butter. Ready to pour the caramel in a water bath. It should be viscous and plastic.
Tip: To caramel does not burn on the edges of a skillet, brush the edges with water, without touching, caramel. The water will flow down the walls, and to suspend the process of combustion.
In apples, remove the stalk and lower inflorescence. Insert a sharp wooden sticks. Each dip an apple in caramel and sprinkle with almond slices, coconut flakes, grated chocolate and cookies in cutting. Instead, any other use of almond nuts.
Tip: Choose a sour apple variety, to balance the sweetness and acid.
