Many of you probably remember a sweet fragrant homemade biscuits, which were prepared by our mothers in childhood. For this recipe you can prepare these biscuits.

flour – 400 grams;
sugar– 200 grams;
margarine (butter) – 100 grams;
egg – 1 PC.;
milk – 80 ml;
baking powder-10 grams;
vanillin – on the tip of a knife.
Butter soften at room temperature and whisk together with sugar. Then add the egg, milk, baking powder, vanilla and whisk again. And then pour the flour and knead the dough of soft consistency. Roll out the dough to a plate thickness of about 7 mm. Take your cookie cutters for cookies and squeeze them biscuits. Preheat the oven, put the biscuits on a baking sheet, bake them for 15 min. at 180°-200°. When the biscuits browned, take them out, they’re ready. It is very important not to overdo the biscuits in the oven, otherwise they will turn out solid.
