The fans of delicacy red fish will appreciate this simple recipe of cooking salmon at home.
salmon fillet – 800 grams;
brandy – 1 tsp. spoon;
dill – a small bunch;
the mixture of peppers – fresh ground;
salt 2 dessert spoons;
sugar – 1 dessert spoon.
Fennel small chop, mix with salt, sugar and pepper mixture, add the brandy. With this mixture RUB the fish fillets. After you wrap the salmon in coarse linen Danisco, put in a container and leave in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the fish will be ready.
