potatoes – 600 grams;
onions – 1 PC.;
egg – 2 PCs.;
cottage cheese – 200 grams;
flour – 2 table. spoons;
sunflower oil – 50 ml;
salt to taste;
Grind using a blender into a homogeneous mass of the whole potato, 1 egg, the onion, sprinkle in the flour and salt, mix well. Then mix the cheese with the second egg, salt and grind the resulting mass through a sieve.
For frying, take a pan with a thick bottom, warm on her sunflower oil over medium heat. Carefully with a spoon lay potato mixture into the pan to form pancakes, levelling her, that it turned out relatively thin. Spread cottage cheese on top of stuffing, again, level, and the third layer again with potato mixture so that it completely covered the cheese layer. When the pancakes have a good bottom is browned, carefully flip with a wide spatula them to the other side and continue to fry until fully cooked.
