In order to create this mouth-watering hot snack, you won’t need much time. The peppers come out especially juicy and rich. They perfectly act as a second meal, and still be able to decorate the festive table.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
Bulgarian pepper – 2 PCs. (large);
minced meat (any) – 200-300 grams;
tomato – 1 PC.;
grated hard cheese and herbs.
Peppers should be cut in half, washed and cleaned from seeds. Minced meat stuff peppers halves, top with sliced circles of tomato. Then thoroughly sprinkle with grated cheese, bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with chopped greens. As a garnish you can cook rice or potatoes.
