Here you will see a simple recipe of mashed peas, it will be a great addition to a meat or other vegetable dishes.

peas – 250 grams;
potatoes – 250 grams;
milk – 200 ml;
butter – 60 grams;
To start rinse the peas well, then soak it in water for a couple of hours, then boil until soft. Chop the potatoes and place the peas, there immerse and oil. Cook further until the peas and the potatoes not fully cooked. Then drain, leave quite a bit to puree, mash into a puree. Next pour in the hot milk, stir well until smooth and season with salt according to your taste.
