Buckwheat truffles

Roasted buckwheat truffles – delicious and healthy candy, from which kids will absolutely love, and did not even notice the change.

Ingredients:

  • Buckwheat – 1 tbsp.
  • Yogurt – 1 tbsp.
  • Puree prunes – 5 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Soda – 0.5 tsp
  • Prunes – 100g
  • Sesame – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 5 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp

Preparation:

Buckwheat flour sift through a fine sieve. Mix sugar, cocoa, baking soda, vanilla sugar.

Tip: If you do not have buckwheat flour, grind in a coffee grinder buckwheat and millet.

Prunes cover with boiling water. Steamed prunes kill the immersion blender to puree the state. Mix with yogurt, vegetable oil. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add the dry ingredients.

Knead a soft dough. Surface podpylite flour kneaded dough shape of balls. Prunes cut into small cubes and start every ball.

Tip: instead of prunes use any nuts and dried fruits.

Cover the baking parchment, place shaped candy. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Finished candy cool, every dip in honey and then in sesame seeds or cocoa. Place on large platter and serve with flavored tea.
