To prepare this delicious and hearty meals you will need:
– potatoes – 8 PCs.;
– eggs – 2 PCs.;
– hard cheese – 50 gr.;
– sunflower oil.
Potato peel and boil until tender, then drain and crush to the consistency of mashed potatoes, then add grated cheese, mix well. After, puree add eggs and stir well. Hands greased with sunflower oil, to form a neat cutlets. Pour the breadcrumbs on a convenient not a deep dish and roll them in potato cutlets on each side.
