Note the method of preparation of delicious vegetable salad with a delicate dressing, but it is so hearty that it is able to act as a full second course.

potatoes – 5 PCs.;
tomatoes – 4 PCs.;
olives – 100 grams;
dressing lemon – 100 grams;
fresh Basil – 1 bunch.
parsley and dill.
Boil potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Half bunch Basil cut into strips and add to potatoes, then season with lemon, put on 40 minutes in the refrigerator. Next to the potatoes add the chopped slices of tomatoes and finely chopped dill and parsley. Olives cut into rings and add to the salad, sprinkle with the remaining Basil leaves.
