A wonderful combination of oily meat of the mackerel and noodles, well shaded with olives, and soy sauce give the dish an unusual Oriental flavor.

Quick and delicious!
The ingredients for the noodles need:
1 frozen mackerel (large);
1 tomato 10 olive; 1 onion;
soy sauce – 50 ml;
spices for any fish (packaging);
rice noodles;
Restorativ mackerel, cleaned it from the bones and cut into small cubes. In the boiling water for boiling noodles add a piece of ginger, boil the noodles according to package directions (usually about 5 minutes). Fry the onion, add to the pan mackerel until cooked, sprinkle with spices and add soy sauce, olives and tomatoes, stew for a few minutes. The resulting stew is placed on the noodles and mix.
