Preparation. Strawberry dumplings
Here we use a simple and quick recipe of dough. Cook it in the evening, in the morning you can easily make a wonderful, nutritious Breakfast.
cottage cheese – 250 grams (better home);
semolina – 20 g;
egg – 1 PC.;
strawberry for the filling;
vanillin – on the tip of a knife.
Cottage cheese, semolina, vanilla and the egg grind in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass. Then put the dough overnight in the fridge. In the morning roll out the dough into cakes in the middle put a small strawberry and cover with dough. Cook the dumplings in quietly boiling water for 5-7 minutes. The finished dumplings can be poured with sour cream, jam or yogurt and sprinkle with poppy seeds or powdered sugar, depending on what suits your taste.
