This delicious and healthy dish, which will be appreciated by vegetarians and fans of the classic menu. The ingredients for the most simple and easily accessible, with the exception, perhaps, of a nettle, but for owners of country houses are not the problem.

70 grams of nettle
105 grams of millet grains
breadcrumbs, flour
Nettles boil and finely chop, combine with already boiled until cooked millet porridge. Minced cereal and nettle and salt to make it a beautiful round cakes, then roll in breadcrumbs or in flour. Fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown. Such nettle cutlets are perfectly blended with vegetable salad.
