Preparation. Nettle soup

Very easy and healthy vegetarian soup made from simple, available to any hostess products.

Ingredients:
nettle100 grams;
potatoes – 2 PCs.
carrot – 1 PC.;
cream (sour cream) – to taste;
asafoetida – to taste;
salt, pepper – to taste;
toast.
Potatoes and nettles, chop and boil the carrots and grate on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil with asafoetida, then add in the potato broth. Then whisk the soup to a blender to puree. When serving garnish it with cream and croutons.
