Chicken in the Bank
Today on your table is a unique dish – chicken in a jar. Each piece of it will turn out incredibly soft and fragrant.
- Chicken – 1 piece
- Salt – 1,5 tsp
- Pepper – ½ tsp
- Curry – ½ tsp.
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Bay leaf – 1 pc
- Potatoes – 3 pcs
- Butter – 25 g
Preparation. Chicken in the Bank
To begin, wash and dry the chicken. Fillet the carcass to pieces. Mix salt, pepper and curry. Lubricate with a mixture of all parts of carcasses, except fillet. At the bottom of the banks put the breast and Bay leaf, then chicken thighs and drumsticks. And on top of the back and wings. Between each layer put rings of garlic. Peel the potatoes, and cut into 4 pieces. Season with spices potatoes and place in a jar. Add on top of thin slices of butter. Cover the jar with a metal lid or foil and place in a cold oven. Bake the chicken for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. Carcass get ready in 15-20 minutes after switching off the stove so that the Bank is not cracked from temperature changes.
Tip: for 1 kg of chicken 2 liter of the Bank
Serve the chicken on a large plate. Place the potatoes next to the meat, garnish with parsley.
