Grilled salmon with orange sauce

Appetizing, tender salmon, young potatoes with orange flavored sauce – one of those quick and tasty recipes, which is ideal for home cooking for the whole family.


  • Salmon steak - 4 pcs.
  • New potatoes - 600 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. l
  • Chopped parsley - 100 g
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Juice from 4 oranges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation. Grilled salmon with orange sauce

Peel new potatoes, keeping them intact. Boil until cooked in water seasoned with a chopped clove of garlic, half the butter and salt.

Add orange juice to the pan and cook until its volume is halved.

Salmon steaks, salt, pepper, pour lemon juice and grill. Remove the finished steaks set aside.

Put the remaining butter in the pan, let it heat well, add boiled and merged potatoes. Fry until light golden crust. Add butter and chopped parsley.

Arrange the salmon and potatoes in a circle on the platter. Pour orange juice over the fish and serve it to the table.
