This casserole is very easy to prepare vegetarian dish.

You will need the following products:
500 gr. pasta;
5 zucchini;
2 tablespoons Rast. oil;
400 ml sour cream;
50 grams of any hard cheese;
salt, spices;
small bunch of Basil;
85 gr. crumbs of dry bread;
a handful of roasted pine nuts.
A little pasta cooked in salted water, after rinse in cold water and add oil so they don’t stick together. Zucchini fried in vegetable oil until it evaporates the liquid, after the zucchini salt and sprinkle with your spices, then let them slightly cool down. To the macaroni add the sour cream, grated cheese, fried zucchini and some chopped fresh cilantro and Basil, mixed. The pasta is spread on a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, pine nuts, remnants of a Basilica, but in the end – grated cheese. Bake the dish in a pre heated oven (180 degrees) for about 20 minutes. When you receive a delicious crust – your casserole is ready!
