Raspberry pie with lime
Don’t always have the time, desire and opportunity to prepare the cake, especially in the summer during the heat. The solution was found by the British housewife. They came up with to make delicious cakes without baking.
- Shortbread biscuits – 200 g
- Raspberry – 300 g
- Butter – 60 g
- Lime – 1 piece
- Egg whites – 7 pieces
- Sugar powder – 100 g
- Cream 33% - 200 ml
- Gelatin – 10 g
Preparation. Raspberry pie with lime
To start, soak the gelatine in cold water.
Tip: do not soak the gelatin in hot or warm water, otherwise it will lose its properties.
Crush cookies into crumbs and mix with soft butter. The split form lay biscuits with butter and tightly tamp it. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Tip: to tightly compacted biscuits, use a glass.
Kill the raspberries in a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes tender, RUB through a sieve. Mix with the soaked gelatine. Divide the puree into two parts. In 1/2 of the filling, add sugar or sugar powder, mix well and pour on the cooled cake. Put again in the fridge.
The cream and icing sugar whisk in a thick foam. Blend with the raspberry puree, add lime juice and zest. Proteins whisk in cool foam and add the cream. Put the second layer of cream onto the cooled cake and refrigerate at least 8 hours and better by the day. Ready dessert decorate with berries and raspberries.
