Sesame milk is a rich source of calcium, so it is very good for health.

sesame seeds – 200 grams;
honey – 1-2 table. spoons;
purified water – about 1-1,2 liters.
To get milk the same white color as the photo, you need to use only white sesame seeds. It is advisable to soak the sesame seeds overnight, so it will be softer. Grind using a blender the sesame seeds, but do not overdo it, or it will begin to release oil and become solid. Then add to the blender half a liter of water and honey, then a little shake. Now add the sesame seeds and the remaining 0.5-0.7 liters of water, the whole mixture a good stir.
Received sesame milk strain through cheesecloth and serve to the table. Thick sludge can be used in cooking sesame candy or halva.
