Whimsically decorated with olives, they stand, like little puff cakes on your tray. Neat wonderful delicacies that will surely delight your guests.

Ingredients for pancakes:
Eggs – 3 PCs.;
Milk – 500 ml;
Vegetable oil – 60 ml;
Wheat flour – 250 grams;
Sugar – 30 grams;
Salt – 1 tsp. spoon;
Cottage cheese – 400 grams;
Light-salted salmon – 400 grams;
Olives pitted – 100 grams.
Bake pancakes from the specified amounts of ingredients or use your usual recipe. Pancakes should be thin, let them cool down.
The first pancake is spread with a soft cheese curd, cover the following pancake, it is already neatly put thinly sliced salted salmon you can use salmon, trout, sockeye salmon or other fish species. Alternate layers of fish and cheese, until you run out of crepes or filling.
It is better to pierce in several places pancake cake with toothpicks, so it will not move during cutting. Use a sharp knife, pizza cutter or cookie cutters. Top each canapé garnish with olives or olives.
