About this dish, I heard a lecture on Ayurveda. This soup will be a good source of vitamins, it is healthy and quite simple in execution. To create it we will need a lot of vegetables. With lentils and cheese soup becomes very nutritious.
Ingredients for 5 liter pans:
200-300 gr. lentils, orange better
a couple of heads of garlic
half medium head of celery root
2-3 PCs Bulgarians. pepper
green beans, a few handfuls
cauliflower, a few buds
20-30 gr. ginger root
300 gr. Adyghe cheese
salt, dill, curry, black pepper, long red pepper, cilantro, cumin
In 5 l of water cook the lentils, whole onion, garlic for 15 minutes and then in boiling water, throw a pinch of cumin. Then take out the onion from the soup and throw, also, if you wish to the broth you can throw some carrots. Celery root cut into beautiful cubes or grate and add to the soup. After 5 minutes in the soup add green beans, grated carrots, sliced leeks and bell peppers, cauliflower (summer cook it along with lentils), squash cubes and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add ginger root, finely chopped or grated. Adyghe cheese, also cut into cubes, add the following, 2/3 tablespoon of salt and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, and even better on slow. Off our soup, add the spices, long red pepper or black pepper, dill and coriander, curry them according to your desire.
