potatoes – 1.5 kg;
bell peppers (here red and yellow)– 2 PCs.;
onions – 2 PCs. (average);
chili pepper – 1 pod;
garlic – 2-3 cloves;

cumin – 1 tsp. spoon;
paprika – 1 tsp. spoon;

Pull doverite peeled potatoes, then cut them into medium pieces. Onions and Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes, garlic and chilli finely chop with a knife parsley also cut. Take a mortar and crush the chilli, garlic, cumin, wig, salt, parsley with two tablespoons of oil and vinegar.
