Avian tzhvzhik with tomatoes
You do not believe that you can feed the whole family meat? Prepare avian tzhvzhik with tomatoes, a traditional Armenian dish at home.
- Chicken liver – 200 g
- Chicken hearts – 200 g
- Chicken gizzards – 100 g
- Onions – 2 pcs
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
Navel and heart, rinse under running water and smooth out the fat and films and soak in vinegar-salt solution for 30-40 minutes (for 1 liter of water 50 g of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of salt) to remove the odor. After a bit of salt vinegar solution, rinse with clean water. Boil the navel, heart and 25 minutes over medium heat, fold in a sieve to drain.

Tip: You can substitute fresh tomatoes tomato paste.
