beetroot2-3 PCs.;
vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
vinegar¼ Cup
Prepare the beetroot, wash and boil in their skins. Cool and clean gently slice. Prepare the salad dressing: combine oil with vinegar and salt to taste and pepper. Next, season the beets cooked sauce, then garnish the dish with greens.
